Some versions of Internet Explorer have known browser compatibility / error issues, preventing the user from using the online portal correctly.
The website's layout does not look correct and some functions do not work. (see screenshots below)
How to resolve the Compatibility issues / errors
Fix the layout / functionality issues regarding TFI Pay Online Portal website.
(Should apply to versions 9,10,11 of Internet Explorer)
Using Internet Explorer, visit TFI Pay Online Portal login page at https://pay.tfimarkets.com/portal/
Go to settings in Internet Explorer (the gear icon on the top right of the web browser) and select "Compatibility View Settings".
A new window will appear. Click the "Add" button to include the website in the compatibility list, then click "Close".
Now reload the website. If it prompts you to sign in again, do it. The TFI Pay Online Portal website should work correctly now.
